Flower Headband

Hi Everyone!
So, after I made the Fluffy Flower Necklace, I really wanted to experiment with making the same flowers but seeing how it will turn out if I glue all of the petals instead of sewing them. I also made 2 layers  with 4 petals in each.

This turned out really cute. A little less fluffy because of the glue, but also more full because of the two layers. Hope you find this as an inspiration for your own crafts, and have a great day!

Fluffy Flower Necklace

Hi Everyone!
A couple days ago I made this really cute and unique necklace that looks like you bought it at a high price!
This would look so cute with a black and white striped shirt with a playful red lip for a girly and romantic look!
Imagine how it would make an outfit pop! Shopping, walk around the city, or a date, adds wow to your  outfit. Fun right? Lets make it!

Supplies that you will need are:

  • Sheer fabric - chiffon
  • Felt
  • Scissors
  • Pen
  • Needle and Thread
  • Small chain
  • 2 circles of different sizes
  • Round nose pliers
  • Needle nose pliers
  • Beads and pearls
  • Clasp and 2 Jumprings

Step #1
Cut out 5 circles of the big size, 10 of the smaller size and 2 felt circles
Step #2
Thread your needle and fold one circle in 4
Then sew it to the felt in the middle of the circle

Step #3
Do this to all the 5 circles, overlapping each other a little bit, Then sew on the center of the flower
Do this to the next 2 smaller circles
Step #4

Ready the Chain! Measure around your neck, and cut the chain. Then add 2 jump rings to both of the sides, and lastly, add the clasp.
Step #5
You can either sew or glue the flowers to the chain, I decided I would sew them. So choose your spots, and attach your flowers to the chain. (Center, and a 1\2 inch to each of the sides is where I placed my flowers)

After this step, turn the necklace over, put it on, and head out the door! You have just created the perfect pop to your outfit!

Here I also made a ring, using the same method only its mini :)

Have fun making this and come back for more fun ideas and DIY's!
Enjoy!
